Esther Vázquez Oubiña is a passionate teacher and teacher trainer.   She  holds a BA  in Educational Management and a Master’s Degree in Neuroscience for Educators.  She has specialized in the fields of Neurolearning, Neurodiversity and Social and Emotional Learning. Esther is founder and CEO of EVenio Educational Consultancy and an Academic Consultant for National Geographic Learning.  She has delivered presentations in the USA, Central America, Spain, India, and all over South America.

Chris is a teacher, trainer and methodology writer based in Seville. He has taught in mainstream Spanish schools, private language academies and for the British Council. An ELT ‘ideas man’, he is well-known for his lively but practical sessions on the international conference circuit. With over 25 years of experience in the ELT industry, she possesses a profound understanding of the daily challenges confronting teachers and academy owners, often intertwined with personal issues and emotional complexities. Alex Fayle is a DELTA certified Academic Director at Well and Will English Academy with a Masters in Library Science. He worked in many organizing-related fields before moving into education. In a career spanning over 30 years, Roy started out teaching French and German in England before moving to Madrid in 1989 to work in ELT, mainly for International House. He also spent a brief period in the 1990s as Director of Studies

Roy has been writing for Macmillan for over 17 years, and is the author of the new exam prepara- tion course Straight to First, as well as Ready for First and Straightforward Advanced.
