Maribel Peribáñez is the owner and director of Well and Will English Academy, as well as a certified transpersonal therapist and mindfulness facilitator with a focus on education. With over 25 years of experience in the ELT industry, she possesses a profound understanding of the daily challenges confronting teachers and academy owners, often intertwined with personal issues and emotional complexities. Her role as a director and her own personal journey prompted her to delve into the world of personal growth, mindfulness, and self-leadership. She now leads mindfulness groups, applying these insights to benefit others.

Sandy Abu El Adas is a postdoctoral researcher at the Basque Center on Cognition, Brain and Language (BCBL). Her work focuses on how variability in the input (talkers) and output (speech production) is manifested in clinical and non-clinical populations. She is also a speech-language-pathologists where she worked with Arabic and Hebrew speaking children with speech and language disorders.

In addition to her work as owner and director of ELI language school in Málaga, she collaborates with Trinity and Cambridge as examiner and team leader. She speaks regularly at conferences across Spain and runs consultancy and training services for language school owners. With a life-long love of languages and learning, she’s fascinated by what drives people to keep trying, developing and moving forward. Antonia Clare is an English language teacher trainer, international conference speaker, author and artist.  Her special interests include the psychology of language learning, creativity and art.  She has taught and trained in many countries around the world, and co-authored bestselling course book titles including Total English and Speakout together with teachers’ resource titles such as The Creative Teacher’s Compendium. She is a freelance writer and a consultant trainer with NILE, and her most recent publication is Positive Language Education: A Global Skills Approach co-written with Sarah Mercer and Tammy Gregerson.
