Maribel Peribáñez is the owner and director of Well and Will English Academy, as well as a certified transpersonal therapist and mindfulness facilitator with a focus on education. With over 25 years of experience in the ELT industry, she possesses a profound understanding of the daily challenges confronting teachers and academy owners, often intertwined with personal issues and emotional complexities. Her role as a director and her own personal journey prompted her to delve into the world of personal growth, mindfulness, and self-leadership. Sandy Abu El Adas is a postdoctoral researcher at the Basque Center on Cognition, Brain and Language (BCBL). Her work focuses on how variability in the input (talkers) and output (speech production) is manifested in clinical and non-clinical populations. She is also a speech-language-pathologists where she worked with Arabic and Hebrew speaking children with speech and language disorders.

Fiona has been teaching, training and managing in ELT for over 25 years. In addition to her work as owner and director of ELI language school in Málaga, she collaborates with Trinity and Cambridge as examiner and team leader. Antonia Clare is an English language teacher trainer, international conference speaker, author and artist.  Her special interests include the psychology of language learning, creativity and art.  She has taught and trained in many countries around the world, and co-authored bestselling course book titles including Total English and Speakout together with teachers’ resource titles such as The Creative Teacher’s Compendium. Dr. Herbert Puchta is an award-winning author and teacher trainer. He has been a plenary speaker at numerous international conferences and has conducted workshops and given seminars in more than 50 countries. For almost three decades, he has carried out research into the practical application of findings from cognitive psychology to English Language Teaching.
