Fiona has been teaching, training and managing in ELT for over 25 years. In addition to her work as owner and director of ELI language school in Málaga, she collaborates with Trinity and Cambridge as examiner and team leader. She speaks regularly at conferences across Spain and runs consultancy and training services for language school owners. With a life-long love of languages and learning, she’s fascinated by what drives people to keep trying, developing and moving forward. With her young learner classes, she is particularly interested in motivation, creativity and personalisation.
